   First I thought she was only supposed to have a minute?
   Next she sounds like she is blowing smoke, let’s blame Bush its all his fault, I’m not saying he is blameless by any means. Excuse me aren’t you the leader of the democrats, why are you not pushing fixes, what happened to your 100 days of change.
   You complain about how the bill is lacking, but yet you pass want to pass it. You blame republicans because they see this as flawed.
   The Republicans made a good point, ‘it is the Democrats job to lead’ they are the majority, but yet 40% of Dems voted this bill down. Don’t blame the Repubs if you fail to unite your own party.

   Ikaley: Yes, interesting that Ms. Pelosi acts like all this was “done to her”.
   Regardless of whether Repub or Dem, these guys are responsible for acting for the good of the country…not the good of the Republicans or the good of the Democrats. It is not too much to ask for some competency, either. Where were the constraints put on the money given the bailout? Where was the oversight?
   I don’t believe the Dem party has recognized that we elected President Obama to represent us…not to be the leader of the Democratic party. We have no more patience for the rhetoric of the Dems than the policies of the Republicans. We want problems solved by people with capability and empathy.
   She could start by sponsoring a bill to suspend the annual raises for all representatives until we are through the recession.
