apparently the U.S. is not under martial law, only our reps in the House of Representatives per Robert Rules of Order to force attendance and a vote, at least per http://www.godlikeproductions.com/forum1/message619005/pg1
Congressional martial law is not a good thing — it means members must vote on bills without debate or time to read them. Double-plus-ungood.
am i seeing things? does this mean that the US congress is being forced to attend and vote on bills that they are not allowed to debate and/or even frigging read? !!!!!!!!
if this is true what are the bills? what do they involve? is this the bush bandits covering their tracks with bills that for example will make it impossible to investigate what happened to the 290 billion they have handed to those 9 banks? are the bills to do with secrecy? this is the most serious thing i have ever heard of. what do the bills involve? please help. thanks.
